At Hookah Monarchy, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products. Due to the nature of our items including shisha, hookahs, accessories we cannot accept returns for health, safety, and quality control reasons.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process a claim, you will be required to provide:

• Your order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honoured.
